Hi my name is Catherine. I am in 4^th grade. I love to play soccer and be outside. My favorite genre of books is poetry. My favorite subject is writing.

I have been working on different kinds of poetry like, haikus, and diamond poems. But my favorite kind of poetry is diamond poetry. Diamond poetry is poetry that goes, 1,2,3,4,3,2,1. It sounds a little complicated and hard but once your almost done it gets easier. My goals are that you will enjoy reading my blog and will be interested in what we are doing in our classroom. I also want you to try to learn about the poetry that we do in my classroom.
